Cardiovascular exercise is also called aerobic exercise or 'cardio' for short. Regular cardio is good for your overall health and can help weight loss and reduce stress. 

Aerobic dance is a type of workout where a person moves their body along with the rhythm of the music. The movements require a lot of twisting, turning and bouncing motions depending on the discipline of the dance that is being performed. It is a series of movements done by following the music.

Swimming is a great workout because you need to move your whole body against the resistance of the water. Swimming is a good all-round activity because it: keeps your heart rate up but takes some of the impact stress off your body. builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness.
